3DS Reports by KodopiK

3DS Reports by KodopiK is an internal analytics dashboard used exclusively by employees of 3D Sparrow Group Ltd. and Kedoo DMCC. The tool retrieves read-only YouTube Analytics reports for Brand Channels owned and managed by the group, helping teams monitor views, watch-time and revenue across more than 100 channels.

Why the app needs these YouTube scopes

• View standard analytics
  https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly
  pulls channel-level metrics (views, watch-time, audience) for management reports.
• View monetization data
  https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics-monetary.readonly
  adds revenue, RPM and ad-performance columns required by our finance team.
• Manage playlists and analytics groups
  https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl
  allows the script to add or reorder videos in playlists and to create/update YouTube Analytics Groups for multi-channel aggregation.

Read-only Data-API scopes alone cannot perform playlist or group maintenance, and basic analytics scopes do not include monetization data.

Internal enterprise use only

Access is restricted to authorised staff accounts within the 3D Sparrow Group / Kedoo DMCC corporate network. The service is not offered to the public. Each Brand Channel authorises the app with its own Google Account, which is why more than 100 distinct OAuth authorisations are required.

Data handling

• Metrics are fetched on demand and stored for up to 30 days to build reports.
• No data is shared or sold to third parties.
• Access can be revoked at any time in Google Account settings.
