Privacy Policy

This internal tool is used solely by employees of 3D Sparrow Group Limited and Kedoo DMCC.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data from users outside our organization.

All API usage is restricted to company-owned YouTube channels.

If you are not authorized to use this tool and have accessed it by mistake, please contact konoplev@3dsparrow.com and refrain from further interaction.

What data we collect

• Channel performance metrics (views, watch time, audience demographics)
• Monetization data (estimated revenue, RPM, ad impressions)

How we use your data

Data is fetched on demand via YouTube Analytics API and used solely to generate internal management reports. We also perform write-operations via YouTube Data API (playlist edits, Analytics Group creation) to help organize and group channels/videos for aggregated reporting. No personal user content (videos, comments, messages) is accessed or stored.

Security

All tokens and data are stored locally on an authorised admin workstation and purged after 30 days.
